Seeing the Rockettes was one of the highlights of my trip! |
Creme Brule is my absolute favourite! |
Before starting this blog,
my mom, grandma, aunt, cousin, and I took a girls trip to Manhattan. I didn't realize until I stepped foot in the city that never sleeps how much I love it there. It's like you can feel the ambition and productivity in the air. As I looked up at the soaring skyscrapers I felt like I could scrape the sky as well.
I want to go far in life, I think we all do, but it can be hard.
Sometimes we fall into ruts where the ideas and productivity that usually come our way are nowhere to be found.
Or sometimes we just glide through months comfortable and complacent;
we stop taking risks.
We stop learning and creating new, interesting content for the world. What I love about New York is it is so vibrant that you can't help but feel like you can do anything. It's like being at the epicentre of productivity. (I mean the shopping there is great too! If I could go to Soho every day I would ;) I am the kind of person who hates sitting around. I need to get up and do something for me to feel productive and fulfilled. Everyone around me always tells me I should take a break, just relax and be happy, but being productive and working is what makes me happy. New York has that buzzing, alive quality that just suits me so well and when I was there I knew I wasn't the only one who loves to be busy all the time. So, that, in a nutshell, is why I love NYC so much.
I took so many interesting photos there and never had a medium to share them...

Until now!
So here are some pictures of New York that I took on my trip last November!
I hope you love them as much as I do :)
